Solution Design & Subject Matter Expertise

Business Analysis

Identifying business needs and determining solutions to business problems. Solutions may include process improvement or organisational change.

Subject Matter Expertise (SME)

Quite often clients will have the core resources they require i.e. project managers, business analysts and solution architects but they do not have the specific telecommunications knowledge  and expertise to meet the needs of a particular project or initiative. SME is a service that moulds our experience and skills around your existing resources to help make decisions, highlight detail that needs attention, validate design  and ensure user requirements are met. SME delivers flexible resources to drive value from existing resources and ensure business objectives are met.

Services can range from simply talking something over to workshops, audits, reviews and small projects
