Chris has over 25 years consulting and management experience in telecommunications and IT. Chris specialises in improving business performance through improved business processes and leveraging the capabilities of technology.
Chris has considerable expertise in the development of strategies to enhance and improve an organisations performance. He has considerable skills and experience with master planning, business case preparation, procurement and project management.
These skills has enabled Chris to assist many organisations with realising savings and working smarter within their existing ICT environment. The focus is always on understanding a clients needs and providing independent advice to ensure technology solutions are the correct fit while also being future proofed and delivering business benefits
Consultant – B.E. (Electrical)
Brian’s background is in telco networks with expertise in reticulation, fibre-optics and wireless. Past projects have ranged from systems design and management to auditing and advisory roles for major financial organisations.
Brian has most recently been involved in vendor selection, implementation of IP telephony and network services, mobile radio, contract negotiation and cost minimisation projects.
Brian’s analytical skills, and eye for detail, assist with the analysis and management of telco billing however he also has considerable experience and skills with vendor selection, contract management and project management.

Adam has over 25 years ICT experience with most of the last 10 years focused on enterprise communications, i.e. IP Telephony, Unified Communications, Contact Centre applications and telecommunications.
With a strong commercial background he is focused on understanding client needs and ensuring they implement and manage ICT solutions that are cost effective and deliver real business benefit.
With both a strategic but pragmatic approach he has worked with companies of all sizes across multiple Industry sectors to ensure the successful delivery of many significant projects and ongoing TCO.
Recent assignments include Strategy and Roadmaps, Business Analysis and defining user requirements and enterprise communications Subject Matter Expertise for a numbers of New Zealand’s well known and respected organisations.

Murray has over 25 years consulting and management experience in business IT and telecommunications. Murray’s main focus for the last 10 years has been on the development and management of large IT and telecommunications agreements bringing his extensive technical and commercial skills to provide the best possible outcome.
His focus is to negotiate pragmatic agreements that protect the client’s needs and stand the test of time, building in enough flexibility to allow for ever changing technology, but structured so that both parties clearly understand their obligations.
